Tommy Hasson has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He was a project manager and owner’s representative for Gilbane Building Company. Through his exceptional career, he has separated himself as an expert in his field and a sought-after leader.
During his career, Tommy has completed a variety of projects including the new construction of the Cleveland Clinic’s Avon Hospital, the $95 million historic renovation of the Cleveland Heights High School, and the construction of The Lumen: a 30-story, 315-unit apartment building in Playhouse Square. Additional experience includes working on a range of projects at public and private institutions around the state of Ohio including MetroHealth, Promedica, General Services Administration, Social Security Administration, Shaker Heights City Schools, Kent State University, Bowling Green State University, Owens Community College, Oberlin College, and Case Western Reserve University.
Tommy has also led the development of multiple residential buildings, multi-use projects, and commercial buildings in Ohio. He is a proud graduate of The University of Toledo, earning his bachelor of science in Civil Engineering.
